Mrs. Centeno graduated with a major in Legal Studies from Miami Dade College in 2002. She obtained her Certification in Paralegal Studies from the University of Miami in 2005. Throughout her career, she has been a member of several legal professional organizations such as South Florida Paralegal Association, NALA The Paralegal Association, Florida Bar Grievance Committee, and the Florida Justice Association. Ms. Centeno has been employed with Dohan Law since its inception in 2000 and maintains a position with Dohan Law as both the head Paralegal, as well as the Firm Administrator.

With over 25 years of experience as a dedicated paralegal at Dohan Law, Carolyn brings a deep understanding of case management, client advocacy, and legal procedure to every case. She has worked closely with attorneys and clients alike, ensuring every detail is handled with precision, from initial intake to trial preparation. Her extensive knowledge of insurance claims, medical records, and court filings allows her to streamline complex cases and provide compassionate support to clients during some of their most challenging times. Over the years, Carolyn has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in medical liens, helping maximize client recoveries and reduce financial burdens.
