Hernando was born and raised in Miami, FL. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) at Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, Hernando began practicing law at a prominent defense law firm, representing various insurance companies, corporations, and government entities.
